"Avoid Traveluro"

One week ago I booked Ritz Carlton in Philadelphia through Expedia which somehow redirected me to Traveluro. Traveluro confirmed my booking and charged my credit card. I went to check in today and the hotel has no reservationon on my name. I called Traveluro customer support. No solution other than that they will call me back. They did, but just to tell me that they are investigating and will email me the result. No result. I had to make another reservation somewhere else. SCAM BIG TIME. AVOID TRAVELURO.

I made a reservation with them and paid promptly. When we arrived at the hotel, they had no record of my confirmation. I have all the numbers to show that I made this and paid for this. I have contacted Traveluro numerous times, and they are ignoring me. I had to make additional reservations at my expense to get a hotel room. It is a scam - I would like to know where I can report this to possibly get resolved.

"Traveleuro/Holista/Goshitty is a scam…"

Traveleuro/Holista/Gosplitty is a scam Israeli company. Refused to provide my hotel confirmation number despite calling and email them atleast 50 times in the last 2 weeks as they have no booking with the hotel despite me paying Traveleuro in full. The hotel cannot confirm my reservation without the number. Only got 2 days to go to my flight and still nowhere to stay despite booking with traveleuro almost 3 weeks ago. Please please do not get enticed by the lower rates as you will be playing Russian roulette.

I'd.never heard of traveluro before but I thought I'd try them so booked a stay at the Holiday inn at saIford and got it for approx £20 cheaper than all the other hotel sites received email confirmation and messages. When arrived at hotel checked in no problem.
Will I use again 100% yes

"Traveluro is a scam!!!"

They're a scam. I called to cancel a reservation 10 days prior & was told I'd receive a refund & confirmation email. A few days later I called again & was told they had no record of the cancellation & now it was too late for a refund. Hotel said reservation was thru Agoda not Traveluro. Agoda said they couldn't do anything, I'd need to contact Traveluro. Agoda is a partner of the scam company so they can't be trusted either. Called Traveluro at least 6 times & they refused to do anything.

They were quick in taking our money ,however I messed up and booked the wrong note and upon realising my mistake rang them immediately ,but they refused to change anything, even after 5 minutes
Will not use again ,even though my mistake they were adamant no changes

Städtereise gemacht innerhalb von 10 Minuten im voraus Hotel bestellt und unkompliziert bezahlt und könnte direkt auch einchecken. Alles in allem super und viel günstiger als durch andere Anbieter.
