Some Indian guy called my room from an outside phone and claimed he worked there. He said he made a mistake and needed my full card number. It was 3am and he said it was urgent because the money would take 30 days to get back if I didn't give him the card numbers. I went to the desk at 3am and they said it was an outside person claiming he wanted to talk to his wife who was staying my room

"Cheap rates but be careful"
I disliked that you offered me 30% off online but then jumped the dates on me which caused me to book the wrong date. Your cancellation policies are nonsensical and designed to mislead customers. It takes 30 seconds to cancel or modify a reservation to anyone who has the will to do it, but you guys it takes you days and it’s not “guaranteed”. Well I need guaranteed. I asked the lady at the hotel and she swapped my dates immediately ok? Right after you told me unfortunately it was “impossible”. Get something in your head: with me it’s never impossible. I find a way, with or without you. All your agents followed your protocols. The result is that they all gave me the runaround for hours which caused me useless stress. The only exception is Cheska. She’s a booking agent and she’s the only one who helped me, cared, made a sincere effort, understood me, took time to listen and to create a genuine connection. She should be your supervisor. If I book with you again and learn she’s not yet a supervisor I’m getting mad at you guys.

A Scam network of liars and thieves .your card will be charged 2 times so when you dispute it they will refund you 1 of the 2 claiming the other is a hold . The hold will be paid 31 days later. You have 30 days to dispute a charge.

"Scam! Stay away!"
This company is a scam!! Stay away! TravelUro took all of our money to stay at a 5 star hotel and send us confirmation. But when we arrived the hotel told us they don't have a booking for us, they have not received any payments from us.
We had to find a new accommodation in a foreign country with a small child, at our own expense! TravelUro has ignored us and haven't refunded our money! 😡

Booked a hotel with two Queen beds for our family based upon their website picture of the room. Showed up to the hotel and their was a Queen and pull out couch. Tried calling their customer service as clearly this was just a normal oversight .... was hung up on multiple times by their "customer service agent". They said the advertisement stated two beds and that is what they provided. Super shady. DO NOT BOOK with this company!!

"Traveluro sells fake rooms!"
Traveluro has the worst customer service! They advertised a 2 queen bed room in which I paid a premium for in Tokyo, Japan at Park Tokyo Hotel. I needed 2 queen beds as I was traveling with family.
When I got to the hotel it was about 3pm to check in and the hotel gave us a room with only 1 queen bed. The hotel said they don’t have any rooms with 2 queen beds and that Traveluro falsely advertised rooms with 2 queen beds.
I called Traveluro customer service by 4pm to either get a refund or a room with 2 queens. Mind you I’m with my 80 yr old mom and 6 year daughter. They said they would escalate the issue and call us back.
Time is money when you’re on vacation and traveling with limited days. We never got an answer from customer service that entire day until the next day! We had to take a dirty room with 2 twin beds that had to fit 2 people on a twin while waiting for Traveluro to call us back!
They called the next morning and still did not resolve the issue. The hotel did their best to work with us even though this was Traveluros fault for selling a room that doesn’t even exist!
DO NOT BOOK WITH TRAVELURO! They will sell you a room that doesn’t exist for $1000 and do nothing to help!

"Me cobraron por adelantado y pague de nuevo"
Me cobraron por adelantado y aunque estaba mi reservacion me volvieron a cobrar en el hotel. Pedí aclaración al banco pero no tengo respuesta. Espero que me hagan devolución del pago que hice con ellos. Fue el 31 de julio en Mty.
