Very bad experience with them. They couldn’t help me with my issue. Not only that, but the delay in answering the emails that I had to call so they pay attention and answer me. The lies in the emails that they are working hard to resolve the issue. When I checked with the hotel manager directly, she stated that she was not contacted by anybody regarding my issue. Never deal with them again. I will spread the word so all people I know won’t use them for booking

Sendo que ligar para os Estados Unidos também tem custos e esses não são cobertos.

These guys are a bunch of SCAMMERS.
I did a booking for a hotel, called the hotel the following day and turned out all the information that was given was wrong. I called their so called VIP customer service line twice (extra $9.99 charge) and all they say that the escalation team will get back to you in 24 hours. NOBODY gets back to you.
Good thing I'm able to dispute the charge with the credit card company since its only 2 days out.
It is not worth saving a few bucks to work with these scammers. Save your money time and aggravation and book through a legitimate travel site.

booked a hotel in plymouth, money taken from my account instantly, still no confirmation of booking. Hotel confirm no booking made. Due there in less than 20 hours, no response from traveluro - surprise surprise!

"Canceled hotel reservation "
We had booked a Hotel in Paris with traveluro. Our plans changed suddenly and we had many plans to cancel. Traveluro was wonderful to work with in canceling our hotel. What could have been a complete nightmare was soothed over by Ed in customer service. Everyone I spoke with at the company was very polite, professional and accommodating. I will gladly booked through them again and highly recommend them.

"Kan ikke anbefales...."
Mange fejl i oplysningerne i en tilsendt e-mail omkring hotellet. F.eks at check in var efter kl. 20. - og check ud inden kl. 8:00 om morgenen. I virkeligheden lukkede receptionen kl. 20:00 og har check ud indtil kl. 11:00.
Vi ankom til hotellet kl. 20:30 og der var intet personale - alt lukket. Vi kunne ikke komme ind på parkeringspladsen da porten var lukket. Vi havde ikke fået oplyst koden af Traveluro. Det samme skete for at komme ind på hotellet. Vi havde ingen kode. Heldigvis lykkedes det os at komme ind sammen med andre gæster som kom hjem til hotellet. Heldigvis lå der en kuvert parat i recepcionen til os med nøglekort til værelset, og diverse koder til port og værelsesdør. Hvis vi var kommet meget senere havde det været helt umuligt for os at komme ind på hotellet.
Vi påtalte det til det venlige personale i receptionen den næste morgen - og de kende slet ikke til Traveluro. Men tog heldigvis notater. Vi kan ikke være de eneste som det er sket for at stå om aftenen/natten og ikke have adgang til hotellet !

-con ayuda de una persona que hablaba ingles consigo que me devuelvan el dinero. recibo un email (al que no se puede contestar) confirmando la devolucion de la reserva
-20 dias después sigo esperando el dinero
-siguen sin tener email y sin hablar español

"El mejor precio pero sin factura :("
El mejor precio disponible online para el hotel que quería, confirmado en el momento. En recepción tenían mi reserva, todo perfecto... hasta que necesité la factura. En el hotel me dijeron que al ser una reserva con una agencia intermediaria, ellos no podían hacérmela. Llevo desde el día 8 de septiembre reclamándola. Una semana y no han podido emitir una factura que necesito urgentemente para reclamar un reembolso a una aerolínea que me canceló el vuelo. Sin esa factura, la aerolínea no me pagará. Dos veces he contactado con Atención al cliente y dicen que lo "escalarán" al departamento correspondiente sin que solucionen nada. No es tan difícil emitir una factura de un cobro efectuado, creo yo.
