"Dårlig oplevelse desværre"

Da jeg skulle booke hotellet, ville betalingen ikke gå igennem første gang. Da jeg derefter forsøgte igen, havde siden ændret datoen og dermed booket til om søndagen i stedet for om fredagen. Jeg ringer med det samme til Traveluro og får at vide, at min besked vil gå videre i systemet. Herefter har jeg skrevet og talt med Traveluro mindst 30 gange, som ikke vil refundere eller flytte til den rigtige dato. Jeg har taler hotellet, som er søde at aflyse min booking. Selvom jeg nu har sendt screenshots af mails fra hotellet, har jeg stadig ikke hørt fra Traveluro og fået refunderet mine penge. Jeg håber fortsat, at få en besked fra Traveluro om, at mine penge kommer retur, når fejlen var i deres system.

Scam, I have booked and paid for a hotel with this company. Got to the hotel and they told me Traveleuro have not paid them for the booking!!! I had to pay the hotel again. Used the "Contact Us" twice for this company, and emailed twice and have NOT had any response. Avoid using them as it appears they take your money and don't book.

en date du 23.08.2024 j'ai réserve pour 73 euros à travers ce site une chambre à Hotel brit aéroport de Marignane .j'ai jamais eu de confirmation et l'Hotel n'a rien reçu donc j'ai été obligé de payer de ma poche une deuxième fois.ensuite j'ai contacté traveluro plusieurs fois par email sans aucune réponse a ce jour .
j attends toujours mon remboursement .

I've made a reservation and did not receive any confiramtion with the Hotel Reservation number.
I've contacted the Hotel and they said there is no reservation with my name !
I've contacted Traveluro several times by email to request this hotel reservation number or a refund and they never replied to my email !
I feel I've been scamed and do not recommend this platform!

If selecting zero stars was an option that’s what they would get. Been trying to get a refund for over 6 months now. The hotel refunded the money to be credited back to me but Traveluro has refused. They now have my money and the credit back from the hotel. Don’t use this site. Terrible customer service that never follows through in what they say they will do. Spend the extra $20 and book directly through your hotel.

Their website game me the wrong check in dates. Been on the phone the last 4 days and been hung up on twice. Didn't want a refund just a change. Such bad customer service.

Saved a lot of money booking with Traveluro. Saw some negative reviews but had a very good experience myself. Happy that I took the chance! Will use them again for sure.

Nunca me llegó el número de confirmación de la reserva y en el hotel no tenían conocimiento de mí.
Afortunadamente pude anular la reserva y coger otra con mi proveedor habitual al doble de precio pero real. Espero que me devuelvan el dinero tal como me confirman en su correo de cancelación. CUIDADO!!
