I'm beyond frustrated with Traveluro! I had a booking for $450 that I did NOT cancel—THE HOTEL canceled it. Yet, Traveluro refuses to refund my money. I spent hours trying to explain that the cancellation was entirely out of my control, but their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. This is completely unacceptable. Not only did I lose my hotel reservation, but I'm also out $450 for something that wasn't even my fault. I’ll never use Traveluro again, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of this shady company. You’re better off booking directly with the hotel to avoid this kind of nightmare.

"Scam? Sell me a double room and books cheaper twin room"

Booked a standard double room through this company. Picture included double bed etc.

Turned up at the hotel - and was given a twin room. Receptionist said this is what this company had booked (they obviously got twin room cheaper).

Couldn't get it changed as hotel full! Some chance trying to ride in a single bed ..don't risk it book elsewhere!

Customer service is useless - messaged twice and still no reply. Stick to a better known company.

Great support from Algohotel today ! Thanks a lot to Regine that was able to get me finally into the room despite the fact that Hotel Moresco said that my reservation was canceled.

We made a mistake while booking a stay (booked a date in November instead of August!) and we felt so bad about it but took our chances and contacted the company in hope of a refund of some kind. We got in contact with Charmaine who despite the no cancellation policy was kind enough to refund us fully! This made our day! You do also get the cheapest offers through their site which was the reason we booked through Traveluro in the first place!
