"Slow customer service "

It took two weeks four phone calls to get my friends name added to the reservation so they could check in before I got there. I saved money on the hotel but at the cost of a lot of my time.

Travulero est une arnaque:

Nous avons effectué une réservation sur ce site le 14/01/2024. Il s’agissait de 10 jours en club pour le mois d’août.
Nous avons par la suite reçu le voucher avec les dates et l’hôtel correspondant à notre réservation.

Cependant, à notre grande surprise, nous avons reçu un mail le 13/07/2024 (soit moins d’un mois avant le début de notre réservation) nous informant que le club est complet et que notre réservation n’a pu aboutir.
Ils nous ont proposé un autre club pour le même prix qui est moins bien noté et avec moins d’équipements.

Travulero a donc attendu 6 mois afin de nous bloquer à prendre la solution de repli. De plus, le service client est inexistant.

Il s’agit donc d’une mauvaise expérience et je vous conseille donc de fuir ce site.

Wrong date was booked. Nothing in papers about changing date only cancel. We spoke to many agents that said it could happen. In the end we ended paying for a no show. We then called the hotel in which we should have before and they said that could have happened. After the 1&2nd agent no one wanted to help us just denied denied denied to change the date . I would never us this company . You get the complete run around. They are greedy and do not care about the family trying to take a vacation. Do not use this company . When we did talk to the hotel they gave a third travel company name not Traveluro . FYI . Very disappointing experience for sure . I would rather pay more money from this point on then to deal with companies that are greedy and do not care about families. I also texted multiple times asking management to call us and no one called only text messages and that ended up being after our wrong reservation was made.

I booked my hotel through Traveluro and paid using my credit card. A few hours later I received two emails from them. The first email was to inform me that due to their technical difficulties they couldn’t secure my booking and that they were sorry for that. The second email was their refund for my booking. Now the cost has gone up and I have to pay a lot more for that hotel. I should’ve booked through another more well known third party company. DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS. YOU ARE BETTER OFF USING A MORE REPUTABLE COMPANY!

It was the worst experience I've ever had with a travel site. Didn't even get my room. Say at the hotel for over 2 hours just to get told no. And now I still don't have my refund.
Do not book with this company!!!
