"The worst travel experience ever "

If I could rate it minus 5 I would. We booked our stay through Traveluro but when we arrived the reservation had not been received by the hotel. We were still able to get the room with the expectation that it would arrive shortly.
A week later we needed to extend our trip and went to Traveluro for that reason. We were on the phone for over an hour and still had no help. Finally we were told by customer service that they would call back in 10 minutes. That was 4 days ago and still no answer.
Our credit card company did cancel the charge and we were told by the hotel that they never received payment from Traveluro
NEVER USE TRAVELURO.

Scam!!! Be aware!! I ordered a room in vegas and they didn’t have reservations i paid in full in advance and hed no reservation, after waiting 40 min on the line I’ve been told they will take care of ut never did !!!

"Scam site- Terrible customer support team"

Terrible customer support team. They do not answer email or "contact forms". They took my booking and then cancelled it after I had payed only 1 week before travelling and then failed to rectify. Now currently waiting for refund.

Third class company. Total scam. I prepaid my trip through them and then the hotel charged me extra when I went to check in. When I complained in the traveluro, they said they will act urgently on it and then they took 3 weeks and still no response from them. I did 8 follow up emails and 2 calls. Total scam. Third class company

La verdad fue increíble el precio. Rachelle Liann Ibasco Me atendió en todo momento, me confirmó mi viaje, me dio seguimiento e hizo llamada, fue la única asesora que estuvo al pendiente de mi. Lo único que implementaría sería un call center con idioma en español, por eso falló un poco la comunicación entre nosotros, sin embargo todo seguro comprar con Traveluro

Terrible Experience

I booked and prepaid for a hotel room with Traveluro. When I arrived, the reservation had been canceled by the hotel, so I had to find and pay for another hotel room. However, that is not the worst part. When I requested a refund from Traveluro, they denied it, stating that they had fulfilled their obligation to book the room. In the end, they kept the money because the hotel never charged them for the room. Stay away from these crooks. They even know how to manipulate credit card chargebacks to get away with their illicit activities.

"Algotels hotel booking apt - Excellent"

I booked a 5 star hotel on the Strip in Las Vegas for next week thru Trivago and was booked thru Algotels. I was very happy about the price several hundred less than the other services. I then went to the internet to read any reviews about Algotels, they numerous bad reviews about their service and lack of ability to contact the company. I tried to cancel my reservation because it stated I had till the next day to cancel. I emailed the company and received the notice it would be cancelled but it would be several days to receive my refund. I again sent an email very nasty on my part. I receive within 30 minutes a phone call from unknown number from Tim of Algotels telling me he would cancel my reservation and refund me payment within several days. But if I had questions about it the Hotel had my reservation, I should call them directly to confirm the dates, type of room and price charged to me. I called the hotel and was VERY HAPPY to fine everything was just as I booked . I again want to thank Tim of Algotels for all his help and his quick responses in four emails. I will be using their serves in the future. Thank you Tim

"Voleurs et menteurs !"

Mon copain et moi avons loué une chambre d'hôtel en passant par ce site. Lors de la réservation, nous avions bien vérifié que les dates étaient les bonnes, c'est à dire pour les nuits du 6 et 7 juillet. Mais en recevant le mail de confirmation, qu'elle fût notre surprise de découvrir que notre chambre avait été réservé pour octobre ! Mon copain a contacté la hotline du site pour faire annuler la chambre mais aucun feedback ! Nous avons dû en louer une deuxième mais beaucoup plus cher. Au final, nous avons dépensé près de 400 euro ! Nous avons demandé un remboursement, enchaînant les coups de fils et les mails ( et ce, en anglais ) Cela a duré des jours et nous n'avons eu qu'un seul retour nous disant qu'on allait régler notre problème et revenir vers nous... Nous n'avons plus eu de nouvelles après ça. Après avoir insisté encore, on nous a dit par mail qu'ils avaient contacté l'hôtel et que le remboursement avait été refusé. Mais en allant demander directement à l'accueil, le réceptionniste nous a affirmé que personne ne les avait contacté ! Donc non seulement on nous laisse dans l'attente, mais en plus se sont de gros menteurs ! Nous avons menacé de porter plainte, mais nous n'avons toujours pas de nouvelles à ce jour. Nous avons perdu énormément de temps et d'argent, je déconseille vivement ce site de voleurs.

Was double charged for my hotel room and they tried to say one charge for $263 is for taxes and fees! Scam artists.
