stranded after Texas hurricane and booked a hotel through this page. Showed up and the hotel had no reservation and had been sold out 5 hours before I made a reservation through this site.

I had to rate it one star did I want to no! They scammed me and hung up multiple times put Nikko on the phone he jokingly said good bye cause he knew they Focked up! Not only that they legit said they were looking for room in a place I had confirmed the room in! DONT USE AT ALL IM SO SERIOUS!

Booked last minute hotel for next day. Traveluro website confirmed best price and took payment. Sent email, which was a receipt and I had assumed was a confirmation but wasn’t - said I would receive the confirmation email shortly. No suggestion that there was a risk the reservation would not be confirmed. Despite taking payment, no reservation was made. Traveluro cancelled reservation several hours later claiming technical difficulties. By then, given was already a last minute booking, prices had increased by a further 15-20%. Would not use again.

I had an issue. I booked a hotel for one night because I was under the assumption I would need to leave my home due to a housing issue. After booking the hotel, the issue I had with housing resolved, meaning I no longer needed my reservation so I knew I needed to cancel my reservation. The reservation was non-refundable and states it was not eligible for a refund. I called Traveluro, because I booked the hotel through them. And, in less than 24 hours from my initial call I was refunded thanks to Jocel. The refund ofc will take 3-10 days to post to my bank, just like any normal refund. But I am extremely grateful they worked diligently alongside me to get this issue resolved. I will definitely be using Traveluro again. And someone give Jocel a raise!

Wir hatten ein DZ auf Bali im Maya Ubud über Traveluro gebucht. Kommen im Hotel an und es war KEIN Zimmer auf uns gebucht! Kein Zimmer und Geld weg!
Das sind Betrüger!!!!

"Worst scam ever!"

Worst scam ever! Do not use. We attempted to book a hotel in Toronto, but never received the booking number.

When we called them to confirm, their customer "service" was not able to help. After two hours, I finally got through to the escalation team who was able to confirm that there was in fact no booking.

The irony is that we booked the hotel via Kayak.com. Kayak just didn't tell us it was through the scam-company Traveluro. Shame on you Kayak!

"SCAM - Don’t USE"

The company took my money and canceled my reservation without notifying me. We drive 8 hrs and found out at the desk. Called the company and spoke with a rep who would only put me on hold and said they have to communicate to a third party. He kept trying to phrase my problem as something that I did. Bunch of losers at this company. The Hotel helped me out, don’t waste your money on this scam “business” probably operated out of some pos country in a garage that smells like garbage
