WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!! Booked a one room with a 2 bed and when I got to the hotel and checked in and went to my room it was a 1 bed if you know they’re are different pricing for a one bed room and a 2 bed so I should of got what I paid for they tried to say I didn’t book a 2 bed room when I did !!! Didn’t accommodate me kept hanging up !!! THEYRE A SCAM DONT AND I REPEAT DONT USE THEM GO TO PRICE LINE OR EXPEDIA OR HOTEL TONIGHT OTHER THEN RHAT DONT BOOK WITH THEM !!

Ho fatto ricerca per l'hotel Scandic Kødbyen di Copenaghen dal 09 agosto al 11 agosto 2024 (avendo i voli prenotati per la crociera dei fiordi), sono stato indirizzata da google su questo sito e dopo aver fatto estrema attenzione alle date inserite (quelle appena riportate) ed alla camera (una tripla), dopo il pagamento scopro dal voucher che mi avevano prenotato date diverese e stanza diversa (una doppia dal 28 giugno al 30 giugno).
Li contatto al numero +16468448798 (paganto un salasso essendo New York), per segnalare l'accaduto, prendono in carico la possibilità di rimborsarmi, ma io accetto anche la possibilità di cambiare la date pagando anche eventuali supplementi, ma il giorno dopo mi arriva un'email dove dicono che non è possibile, nonostante l'operazione fraudolenta del sistema.
A quel punto scrivo 4 email dove esplicitpo che trattandosi di una truffa sarò costretto a denunciarlo alle autorità italiane, ribadendo che per dimostrare la mia buona fede, se fossero state spostate le date a quelle da me selezionate, cioè: dal 9 agosto all'11 agosto non avrei sporto denuncia, ma non mi rispondono più.
Purtroppo oggi stesso andrò dalle Autorità per querelare per la truffa ricevuta. State attenti

"Unreliable company"
We had booked a room but due to circumstances we could not make it on the booked date and wanted to change it 6 days later. But their response was "the strict policy of non-refundable/ non-amendable booking. They are not trying to solve anything, they just want to make money off the backs of others. So advice don't book here. Unreliable company

Bad news to use them...hotel direct booking next time for me.
I was charged a pet fee almost as expensive as my hotel stay by the hotel when I arrived with my pet. Through Traveluro signup I was not informed of pet fees and hotel was labeled pet friendly.
Phone call was 22 minutes for matter and was not resolved. Was placed on hold 18 of those minutes.
