"Issues with reservation"

There was a glitch in the system when trying to check in for my reservation. I called to fix the situation.I spoke to Aaron, All in all, he was extremely professional and understanding of my situation. He made it a priority to look over the problem, and to find a resolution. Normally they have a window of 24 to 48 hours to get back to you with a response. Aaron called me within an hour of our conversation and fixed the problem. I am extremely happy with his service, and because of his willingness to go above and beyond, and that extra mile, I will definitely be booking with Algotels again in the future.

Phoned them, promised to resolve the issue. promised to call me back - never did, don’t respond to emails or answer additional calls.

I would not use again, absolutely no confidence in them, yes cheaper - but not by much.

I booked with Traveluro, however they didn't pay the hotel so I couldn't stay because hotel was then completley booked up. 6 weeks later, still fighting for a refund. Would give -10000000 stars if I could

WARNING! This is scam. Booked hotels in Thailand, paid and received a booking confirmation. When we arrived at the hotel, the reservation was canceled. Absolutely no help from Traveluro's customer service. My advice: Stay away from this company!
