Ce sont des gros voleurs, j’ai réservé mon hôtel via cette plate-forme. Je suis arrivé à l’hôtel. Aucune réservation a été faite. J’attends toujours mon remboursement. Ce sont des gros voleurs.

"BIGGEST SCAM! Worst booking experience ever! "

I have been trying to reach Traveluro for over 3 weeks now, as I need to make modifications to my travel dates, and would be arriving earlier and also leaving earlier than booked.

My trip is not reflecting on my profile on their app, and cannot be added. The modification button on their page does not give the option to change travel dates.

I have sent two email messages via their contact page, but none has been responded to. When I call (long distance), the phone rings for several minutes till it cuts off.

I have called the hotel directly, but they insist all modifications have to be made via Traveluro.

This is my worst booking experience ever.

Shayne from Traveluro contacted me immediately this review was posted, and promised that they were willing to resolve my issue, in exchange for my re-evaluation of Traveluro. I decided to give them a chance, but now realise that was a very bad choice. They have only been able to waste my time, and even demanded for an additional $750 CAD to move my dates forward by 2 nights.
I opted to move to another hotel for those 2 nights, but they insited that I mcan only move for the entire stay. I asked them to cancel those two nights and refund my payment, so that I can book another hotel, but they were not willing, and insited it will take 15 days.
And by the way, I attempted making a separate booking on Splitty, but discovered it was the same deceitful company using different names. They first told me that the advertised rate online was no longer available, then made efforts to make me accept booking at another acomodation which far from my conference location.
It has been almost 48 hours since they last contacted me, yet they have refused to respond to my request or refund my money.

For sure, Traveluro/Splitty is a BIG SCAM, and I will take recourse to all legal and social means to racover my funds, and then some more.

Hice una reservación para un hotel en mcallen el 31 de mayo, primeramente lo elegí por precio pero después me puse a buscar opiniones y vi que ponían estafa, ya estaba preocupada al llegar al hotel, y todo bien solo me pidieron la hoja del correo de confirmación que ya llevaba impresa y todo bien, lo pongo porque estaba con los nervios de ser estafada pero qué bueno que no 🥹

To anyone reading this....
I booked a reservation and I tried canceling my Reservation 2 hours later... I have until June 2nd June 3rd to cancel- nobody picks up... it was a 860$ charge... I used Amex... if they refund my money before hand I'll give them 5 stars... if not I'll have claim it and let Amex fight it....
this company has alot of bad reviews.. please.. be ware.....
