TRAVELURO IS A COMPLETE FRAUD

I requested a cancellation for my booking on April 30th, 2024, which was covered by their free cancellation dates of before May 9th 2024.

They did not process the cancellation. They didn't even send me a confirmation email for the cancellation.

I've tried contacting and calling them multiple time. They dropped my calls many times, but after being persistent, they picked up the phone once and told me unless I have a cancellation confirmation they can't help me.

Even when you contact them on the "24/7 Support" part of their website, they don't provide you with an email receipt of your inquiry. You can test that for yourself.

IT'S A TOTAL SCAM. Be careful. The worst company I have ever dealt with.

traveluro ( oder holisto, vio, gosplity, ...) sind Fake! Die Buchung wird sofort bei der Kreditkarte belastet, das Hotel weiß aber nichts von einer Buchung! Das Buchungsportal traveluro war in meinem Hotel auch nicht bekannt. Auf Nachfrage beim Portal bekommt man keine Antwort. (Antwort kam dann einen Tag später)
Finger weg!!!

Zumindest habe ich nach einem email Kontakt eine Rückbuchung der Bezahlung erreichen können.
Ärgerlich war es trotzdem.

I booked a hotel through them, the hotel issued me with a refund due to a complaint and Traveluro have not given me the refund. There is no way of getting in contact with them at all. They ignore all emails and calls, it’s a scam

"Will never hear from them"

Have been trying to call and speak to someone for two hours and the call number just disconnects you after two rings. Then have sent four emails to customer service all have been unanswered and totally ignored.

"Don’t use them, they don’t follow through"

I made a booking through Traveluro. When I arrived at the hotel it had been cancelled because the hotel was unable to use the Traveluro ‘virtual’ card to pay for the room. I had to pay again. I have contacted them several times and had no response. I won’t use them again.

I booked a room through Traveluro. It was a disaster. Because of a change in plans for a surgical procedure, I needed to cancel my reservation. I spent hours trying to reach them with no success. Their customer service was non-existent today. My husband will need to dispute the charge through our credit card. Terrible experience adding stress to an already stressful day.

Booked 2 night stay in Sarasota evening before, and on arrival Holiday Inn Express had no reservation. My travel companion paid for room & when I checked later that night, Traveluro had charged me also. Disputed charge with Citibank without success. Dispute is ongoing...

"Did the Job and was Cheap Enough"

Undercuts the regular cost of an airport hotel by about 20$ in Newark Airport New Jersey. This is pretty good in my perception.
