I paid almost $500 in just taxes to Traveluro for the resort in Mexico. Once I got to the resort I had to pay more taxes or they wouldn't allow me to stay there. When I contacted traveluro about it they said it was up to me to find out these things prior to booking. Sounds like bait and switch to me

I had a problem with and very trick name of London and London Ontario. When I got to know it, they didnt reply my emails, they never got in contact with me as they say the are 24/7 support and a really terrible experience.
