"The reservation was cancelled "

The reservation was cancelled , when i hoy there i had nothing , so i had to pick another hotel , since o got there 11:00 pm It was hard.
They even charge to muy credit card, still o dont lnow if they Will refound

"Misleading and poor website "

I tried booking a too through the website. Put in the bank details and then was redirected to a page stating this and timed out. So as the payment didn’t occur, I booked with another website.

However later on I got an email from Traveluro confirming my booking. When I tried to raise this issue they simply stated that it’s a non refundable booking and they won’t do anything. Even when I tried to explain that it was an error on their website they were unwilling to help. Why would I go ahead and book with another company if there wasn’t an issue with the booking Traveluro to start with. I will be raising a dispute with my bank with regards to this and also escalating to a financial ombudsman. Terrible service. Not recommended.

Update: Many calls with them - with very little help. Even though it was an issue on their website they were not willing to
Help.When I asked to at the very least change the date of booking they refused. When I asked to be put through to the complaints department - I was informed that they don’t have one. Extremely dodgy! Keep away!

"Excelent atention / traveluro / vía email"

Hello everyone. I had read the bad reviews and let myself be guided and wrote a bad review because I got scared. It turns out that the reservation existed for day and name (I asked directly in the hotel) was all right and but for date/reservations reasons I had to cancel it because I was not going to be in the country, the management was made and agreed to refund the money. Kindly contact me Sheryl (Splitty) via email since I have no phone signal. Finally it was a good experience! Thank you very much

Cha helped us tremendously, unfortunately we had a three generation trip planned and had to cancel due to our son’s emergency medical condition. We definitely are planning another trip and will use this service

"Their customer service is obsolete"

Their customer service is obsolete. Hotel adjusted my price more than half the price of my stay due to them overbooking and me taking a lesser room, waited two weeks never heard anything from Traveluro. I started going back and forth with them about it via email because you can forget reaching someone on the phone. They asked me to provide proof of the adjustment, I contacted the hotel who confirmed they sent this info to them already and would resend and also sent me an email confirming the adjustment, I forwarded to Traveluro 3 days ago and crickets, I have been sending follow ups and nothing. This has been going on for almost a month now.

"The price went up for no reason or…"

The price went up for no reason or explanation. The web site wouldn't process for stupid reasons and was not helpful in pointing out the corrections that were needed. And this one really takes the cake, you have to provide a tip amount before it will process payment, but doesn't tell you or flag that area of the web page.
