"Super prices and a nice surprise "

Super prices! Easy booking. I was also surprised when the hotel offered me two different breakfast options daily, not just the usual one. Initially, this wasn't included in the booking and both the above have never happened to me before!

"Don't trust their headline price - you'll pay more!"

Not to be trusted because the price Traveluro say you'll pay at the hotel is less than the price the hotel ask you to pay - so, overall you pay more than if you'd used another booking agency with a higher headline price - several other reviews below suggest same - so avoid - I won't use again and will not recommend.

Got a better deal on my Nashville Hotel, however when I needed to cancel last minute they would not allow it even though the hotel had already pre-approved it! Which means that Traveluro cancelled the hotel and pocketed the entire amount of my booking!

Total scammers and are definitely NOT in the business of long-term clientele. They want to get as much money as they can as fast as they can because they will probably go under in the next couple years. Don't let them get away with any of your money. Even if you're saving a little bit now it could cost you way more later. AND they never pick up their phones, it hangs up on you before you even get through to anyone!

Booking anything through this company is like a horrible game of Hotel Russian Roulette where you might end up homeless instead of dead..

We used Traveluro for the first time to book a 2 night stay in Chicago for 4/29-5/1. The hotel we choose had an option to pay extra to have a hot buffet breakfast from the restaurant connected to the hotel. We choose that option and paid an additional fee. Upon check in the hotel clerk was telling us about the breakfast and everything included sounded like we made the right choice. The next morning we went down for breakfast to see the restaurant decided they wasn’t serving breakfast that day. We immediately reached out to Traveluro and that took hours to get someone on the phone who would look into it, the next day same thing, reached out again with no luck but did receive a email that they was looking into our issue to resolve it. A week later (today) I reached back out to pretty much be told ohh well not gone refund the breakfast part. Like why? They didn’t serve it I paid extra for it and should receive a refund for that. Traveling is hard to get someone to answer the phone and they really don’t care. If you are going to use a third party to book stay clear from Traveluro unless your not worried about issues that may arise for your stay

Trip 8052026 They cancelled my trip without any notification or reason. Didnt know until I flew to the resort and was told by the hotel. Tried calling customer support and was disconnected while trying yo listen to the prompts and never talked to anyone. Will never ever use them again.

Booked the hotel, Had the best price. Called the hotel as well, booking verified and confirm. Called the Traveluro and emailed as had a question, response and solutions was 5 stars. Would use it again.

The room was very neat and the receptionist was very welcoming. Have a perfect weekend getaway. It was very posh and comfortable for a affordable price.

"Make sure all fees are included…"

The email communication confirming my reservation was quick. But I was surprised when I arrived at the hotel I had to pay an extra $35 for a destination fee. That was not disclosed by traveluro. That's why their price was so much lower, misleading at best.

Customer service just rings and rings and then hangs up. Just be careful of what is not included in their lower price.
