This was my first time booking hotels in Europe, this site was easy to find one and posted pictures and honest customer reviews of their stays.

Overcharged and not given the room that I paid for. The hotel said that the room I paid Traveluro for was a request not a guaranteed reservation. Traveluro is refusing to contact the hotel to receive a refund and the hotel can't provide a refund because the reservation was made with Traveluro. Traveluro is horrible to work with!! This was my first and LAST time using this site. I will go back to Priceline for all future reservations!

I e mailed your company two times prior to my arrival date to change date to may 25-26. I tried calling to b put on hold for long periods of time and today I tried to call and was disconnected 4 times in a row. We still need to change date or we will file a dispute with the credit card company. I hope to hear from you! Thank you

"This company is a scam"

This company is a scam, they take your money and issue a confirmation number without actually confirming with the hotel. Customer care is worst and when you follow-up with them they will give you alternate options choose or cancel. You will end-up wasting time in follow-up and I am not sure I get the money back or not. Scanners AVOID.
