"Booking Date Issue"

After having an issue with my booking date .. Customer Care took care of the issue right away. I am very pleased with there Service. I will continue to use Traveluro services.

If I could give zero stars I would!! Very suspicious!! They took my reservation. It was supposed to be for a standard King room. The hotel gave us a handicapped room where the bathroom was atrocious! We stayed the night and made the complaint to the hotel. They told us traveluro was at fault. When we contacted Teavelouro they told us that the hotel said there was no problem. I reminded them that they ---on the reservation ---said standard King room and that was not what we got. That alone should have been a reason for them to compensate us in some way for our trouble. They told me they would look into it. Every single time I call now I never get an answer! Did they block my phone number? I have gotten no response from them through email! This is a scam! Horrible customer service! I tell everyone stay away! You don't want to have to deal with this! Horrible company!

"Canceled hotel stay the night before check-in."

Traveluro canceled my hotel stay the night before I was supposed to check in, after sending multiple confirmation emails and texts telling me my reservation was confirmed and paid for. Would not answer phones, lied about the hotel being closed, and did not respond to emails for hours. Definitely a scam.

The hotel is near the Alhambra, near restaurants, the breakfast is good, the bed is comfortable, but the blackout curtain was broken.

Avoid this company at all costs. They are dishonest and will steal your money. If I can keep 1 person from getting ripped off I will have done my job.

Literally the best online travel Scam.Worst service by traveluro. I have booked the hotel for my parents the hotel management said they can’t allow the my parents if they not seen any guest names in the list.

It was very upsetting that due to something out of my control and because I was looking out for the community’s health and well being, I was charged and unable to cancel without being charged. I tested positive for covid the day before my check-in date and contacted Traveluro immediately when I found out because I knew I wouldn’t be able to attend my graduation and because I was passed the cancelation date, they wouldn’t help me out. Obviously, I didn’t intend on getting covid, so not only did I miss a huge, important day, I was charged for the room and I was really trying to avoid getting other people sick and decided to stay home and quarantine. The hotel itself appreciated me not coming to spread the virus to their guests and employees but couldn’t do anything about the charge on my credit card. I even asked the company if I could get a voucher so I can use the company in the future but they kept reading the same script over and over and I didn’t even feel as though they were truly listening to me or being empathetic to my situation. I tried to escalate my issue to a supervisor and my call got disconnected every time, and I tried calling over 20 times.
