Deveria ter a opção de nenhuma estrela, pois esse site deveria ser banido da Internet. Site fraudulento e pelo que pesquisei e tive indícios, é parceiro do site trivago. Site sem CNPJ, sem atendimento ativo, sem retorno de e-mails e e-mails automáticos bem superficiais de reservas e cancelamentos sem nenhum protocolo. Fiz a compra e ao entrar no site, não existia nenhuma reserva, entrei em contato com hotel e não existia reserva, esse site é uma fraude. E infelizmente, continuam impunes, pois é impossível realizar a denúncia no Procon, porque pedem CNPJ e uma fraude não tem CNPJ! Órgãos Públicos com regras que não protegem o consumidor e sim, que facilitam as atividades ilegais de
golpistas!

"Beware using Traveluro!"
Back on 2/13, after extensive research, I booked a one-night hotel stay in St. Moritz, Switzerland on 3/15. Everything in St. Moritz is really expensive, so I rolled the dice on a website called Traveluro, in the interest of saving $100 on a bill that was already $660.
The night before my visit (3/14), as I sit on the tarmac in Newark, waiting to fly overseas, I received a call from the company, telling me that my hotel was overbooked, and the company was willing to provide me accommodation voucher for two other hotels, or my money back. The other options were unsatisfactory, and I told them I wanted my money back. As you might imagine, when flying to another country on a red-eye, the first night of your stay is very important, and this type of last-minute cancellations was very unsettling. I received an email from Traveluro, confirmed my desire for a refund in writing, and scrambled to find other accommodations! Thankfully, I managed to quickly find another hotel.
On 3/15, they sent the following message: "Please be informed that we are now working on your refund. We'll send you an update once we have it." Then, three hours later, and after I had already made another reservation, "We already reached out to the Hotel and informed us that you may check-in today."
I told them no - I want my refund.
I was assured in writing that, "please rest assured that the refund process is being actively worked on, and we aim to provide you with an update as soon as we hear back from the relevant teams involved."
I got home on 3/24 and had not received an update. On 4/10, I asked for an update and the promised refund. I received no response. I called the company, and there was no way to speak to a live representative on the phone.
After a few more days, I took matters in my own hands and reached out to Citi. I disputed the charge. Finally, after several weeks, Traveluro aggressively responded to my disputed claim, stating in writing that, "the cardholder understood exactly what they were purchasing before completing the transaction." And then, "Traveluro is only responsible for booking accommodation deals for customers, not for providing accommodation services."
BOTTOM LINE - They refused to provide the refund they committed to IN WRITING. Luckily for me, I had my receipts. And now, you do too. See the attached photos. Believe it or not, Citi initially denied my dispute, then accepted additional proof, then finally refunded the charge (they were far from perfect, but eventually did refund the charge).
I hope this story saves you from the major headache I experienced.
Moral of the story - Suck it up and book from a reputable site, even if it costs a bit more.

Tried to book the hotel indigo in Bath through both this and go split which is obviously the same company checked with the hotel. They said they had no rooms available at this rate and no standard rooms and they are saying available on Google Maps and via this particular website. do not trust them

Their phone was never answered, email bounced.
Also their cancelation policy was never clearly laid out until you read it's non-cancellable in your confirmation.

I booked a hotel in the Bahamas to take my 17 year old niece on a vacation for her graduation. One of my friends told me she just stayed at the same hotel and there was a man murdered outside the hotel and she nor her daughter felt safe staying at that hotel. I called to express my concerns and explained that I would be willing to pay more to stay at a different hotel due to safety concerns, but they would not budge on their "cancellation policy" even though I'm not cancelling, I just want a different location in a safe part of nassau. I will never use them to book again.
As a side note, the listing they provided says there is a pool and we booked a poolside room; however, my friend also informed me that the pool is under major renovation and is not usable, so that's also false advertising.

Was charged by Traveluro on 4/4 and had multiple confirmation emails. Got to the hotel and was charged by the hotel as well and they stated Traveluro’s electronic card declined multiple times (around 15) I tried calling Traveluro at check in at the number provided and another customer service number. No one ever answered and the call ended every single time before anyone ever picked up the phone. I have still been unable to get in touch to resolve the issue….I should be issued a refund as I was recharged by the hotel for Traveluro not rendering the CONFIRMED services.

"Overpriced, SHAM and horrible service"
We booked a hotel in Canada while residing in Canada. The website displayed prices in USD, which were $100 more expensive than other booking websites. Assuming the pricing was in CAD, we proceeded with the booking. However, upon payment, we realized the price was in USD, resulting in overpaying by $100. Additionally, we paid extra for call services advertised as 24/7 support, but our calls never connected. Despite sending multiple emails requesting cancellation, we haven't received any response in over two weeks. The entire website seems deceptive, and their service is abysmal. I strongly advise staying away from this platform.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! I booked with them for a girls trip to TN, called and verified with the hotel just to make sure it wasn’t scammy like others had stated. We later decided we wanted to book a 2nd night. I called and they said sure! Sent me the email, I paid for the 2nd nights for both rooms - we made extra travel excursions - then woke up a week later to them stating there actually were no rooms and I have been fighting tooth and nail to get everything refunded 🙄One of the rooms was listed as “non refundable” which is funny because so were the ones they promised me and those were refunded on their end at the drop of a dime…..Wait 24-48 hours …. So I wait 72 and still nothing …. it has been a nightmare.
