"Horrible experience "

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Although their flights are cheap, it's nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone on the phone. After a typhoon hit the city I was flying into and my flight was cancelled, they refused to accommodate me. While the hotel understood the situation and agreed to cancel my reservation if I rebooked, Traveluro still refused to refund my money. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

I had a death in the family and requested a cancelation. They offered their Condolences! And they canceled the Hotel reservation with a full refund!

Working with their customer service was wonderful! I had double booked a room and even though it was non-refundable Rome, the customer service person whom I spoke with, was easily able to remove the second charge and issue me a refund.

Awful experience with Traveluro. Booked through them and theyre only cheap because of the inability to reschedule if your given the wrong dates. Do not use… you will regret it.

I had called customer support services regarding cancelation for a hotel. Reached them almost immediately by the phone. My issue was resolved thanks to Katrina's help. Will use Traveluro again..good price and great support.

"Bait and switch"

I booked a hotel on their site, got confirmation from them and Kayak about the hotel listed then a few minutes later I get a confirmation with a completely different hotel that is roach infested and inhabitable. I called them for 3 days and the issue has yet to be solved. They seem to be stalling me so I'm placed in the position of either losing my 400 or just accepting the roach infested bait and switch. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!
