Whatever you do do not use this website. I booked a hotel they were overbooked. He and they did not give me a refund. It was very simple. The manager from the hotel even spoke to these people . And he still came back as I was accommodated. I sent another message and they came back nasty again in particular Hazel and especially Mela. Talk about frustrating. The ladies people run business is nowadays. It was a very easy thing to return. I mean I didn’t get a service, but yet they want to keep my money so another words traveluro are thieves

"Paid for hotel and were turned away"
The traveluro website allowed us to book a $300+ hotel room. Traveluro charged our card immediately. When we arrived at the hotel we were told there is no room and we can not stay there. 10:30pm at night with nowhere to sleep.
It's been over two weeks and we are still waiting for a full refund. Multiple phonecalls and emails to traveluro where the "escalation team" is never available and we keep getting promised a call back with no call.

It’s a worst website and company. all of them useless. Not able to make changes or refund money even if you made 2 minutes ago.

Unreliable. I paid them for booking a hotel, but the hotel was not informed about the booking. Traveluro returned me all money next day and email where they apologize and offer me 5% sale for other booking through them.

"Do not use this company"
Do not use this company. I booked a Hotel, they took payment and said they would email confirmation. This never came, so I called twice and emailed twice. I was told we would receive email confirmation within 15 minutes. Nothing. Then I receive an email on the morning of our booking cancelling our booking, If I could rate them zero I would.

SCAM!!!! Do not book through them!! It is the second time when I booked a hotel room and I arrived at the hotel and they did not send the reservation and refused to refund me!!!! So I had to PAY for a room to have a place where to sleep because they just still money and do not reserve or proceed further with your booking!!!!!!

"The website shows 40% discount "
The website shows 40% discount , it seems just a scam . As we booked and after reaching to hotel we came to know that we have to pay extra charges even more than 40%.. when i checked with ED from traveluro team , he communicate and drop me an email that all extra charges will get refunded after the checkout.. Now after the checkout hotel says they have not said anything like that for refund to traveluro team..( To ED).. The confirmation I got on email from traveluro team was just to close the case, and making fool of me. Need somebody from the team to take action against these fraud confirmations..
If you guys really record the calls then please go and check the call between me and traveluro team on 30th june 2024 and provide your feedback..
I will make sure never ever do a booking from this traveluro website in future.

they are selling rooms that are clearly not available. booked a room and got there last night. they said they had no vacancy at least 7 hours ago or more.
