They advertised a booking as fully cancellable. Long story short, I needed to cancel my booking within the time period they advertised and they refused to cancel and refund. A costly lesson learned.

J'ai passé plus de 2 heures au téléphone pour finalement payer à nouveau une chambre en espérant un remboursement.

Le numéro client répond bien mais on est balladé d'une personne à l'autre en espérant atteindre l'"escalation team" sensé résoudre le problème.

Evitez tous contacts avec ce site.

Hicimos una reservación del 23 al 26 de Julio, nos enviaron nuestro código de reservación y al llegar al hotel nos dijeron que no había tal reservación, estuvimos tratando de comunicarnos y es un número de Nueva York y contestan en inglés, estamos tratando de recuperar nuestro dinero y no hay respuesta aún

We supposedly booked a room through Traveluro just for them to email us and say that they couldn't confirm our booking. Tried to tell that we didn't have rooms. We were told that they're refunding our money. We spoke to 4 different agents, saying they couldn't find us another room. I called the hotel and had to pay $200 extra. We enjoy the hotel we're staying at otherwise we would book somewhere else. DON'T BOOK HOTEL ROOMS THROUGH TRAVELURO!!!

Traveluro responded rapidly concerning a reservation in a hotel that had a problem of which the hotel failed to report. We were released from our contract with them a refund swiftly given.
