We reserved at a great rate with Traveluro. We were very excited for our trip. We then had a death in the family with a funeral to attend and the time for a full refund for cancelation had expired. I contacted them to see what we could do. I let them know we could provide proof if needed. Rose helped me and she was so great. I got a condolence message from them with a full refund and no proof needed! I will definitely use them again. This is a rarity these days. Thank you Traveluro!! ❤️

"On est très déçus de votre service…"

On est très déçus de votre service Traveluro. Vous ne mentionnez pas les taxes de ménages, les locations des draps de lits, le papier wc à acheter. La climatisation à payer à côté... c'est vraiment pas correct car en plus de la réservation on a dû payer plus de 90 Euros de locations, draps pour y dormir! On a déjà payé 114 Euros chez vous. On vous demande des explications car ce type de "commerce" touche l'illégal !

Not recommended. If you buy with them and have a problem with the accommodation they will not reply for weeks and will not refund you anything.

"Une arnaque"

Une arnaque, on a voulu changer de date car erreur lors de la réservation qui lors de la confirmation était la mauvaise date. Le soir même on a essayer de faire le changement car ils ont réservé a la mauvaise date, appelé le lendemain avec une amis car anglais est apparemment leur seul moyen de communication, mail pendant une semaine et demi ou ils ont répondu deux fois en répondant le même message qu ils ne rembourser pas et ne modifier pas la réservation. Depuis, pas de nouvelles, après enquête d autres personnes sont dans le même cas certains prétendent même qu un mr bravo responsable se saurai chargé de leur remboursé personnellement en les appelant, et depuis j leur ai envoyé ces fameux messages et aucune réponse de leur part. Fuyez, grosse arnaque, on a perdu 117€. Obligée de mettre une étoile pour commentez répugnant.

Booked a hotel on the app and immediately after taking payment it crashed. I spoke to customer service, which was actually rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend

"They are a very unhelpful company."

They are a very unhelpful company. We booked a stay at a hotel in Cancun. It was booked at the wrong hotel and once we realized it, we were told they could not change the booking. No one would transfer us to a manager or when they "tried" the manager was always too busy. Besides the fact that it took 5 phone calls to get someone to call us back and not just send an automated reply email. Because of their inability or desire to help use we needed to rebook at the correct hotel. We will not receive a refund of any sort, so we basically threw away the money we spent on the hotel reservation through Traveluro. Do not use this booking site they are not helpful or easily contacted. Also, when we rebooked to the correct hotel, we got a better price that what Traveluro gave us.

"Great experience after reading all the reviews"

I was super worried after reading the reviews here post booking an expensive All Inclusive hotel in Turkey. I sent a mail to Traveluro and got a very quick response reassuring that the hotel have my booking (I've double checked with the hotel directly too). Then I sent another email to Traveluro about a week prior to my trip and they (Charmaine) again responded quickly and sent me the final hotel confirmation number. Not sure about other reviews but my experience was positive though nervous thanks to the reviews.

"Traveluro completely sucks"

They completely suck. I waited on hold for half an hour just to hear that they couldn't make a 1 day change to my hotel reservation. Since when can you not change a date on a hotel reservation? Epsecially, when the hotel has the space to make the change?... The rep. barely spoke english, and was robotic in his response. I will NEVER use Traveluro's crappy service again.

"FACTURA"

Hace un par de semanas hicimos una reserva a través de Traveluro para el hotel Barceló Marbella. Nos hemos puesto en contacto con ellos vía email para solicitar la factura de dicha reserva. A día de hoy no hemos obtenido ninguna respuesta. También nos hemos puesto en contacto con ellos a través de su contacto por su página web y sin embargo continuamos sin obtener nuestra factura.
