"SCAM, do not book through this company."

I booked a room through this company at a hotel which, upon arrival, had no record of my booking and no rooms available. Apparently this company just takes your money and "overbooks" hotel rooms indiscriminately. At the last moment I was forced to find alternative lodging and spent a lot more money elsewhere. When I called to request a refund, the person on the phone said only that I would have to wait for a "feedback" email from someone else at the company. After more than a week, and after filing a dispute with my bank today, I got an email from Traveluro stating my refund would be processed as a "one-time courtesy" and referred to my experience as a non-refundable cancelled booking. Excuse me???? This company is a scam and everyone working there should be ashamed of themselves. I wish I had read other reviews online before placing my trust in them.

Attenzione truffa! Sono stata reindirizzata al loro sito per prenotare un hotel stando attenta alla possibilità di poterlo cancellare entro dei termini. Quando settimane dopo provo a farlo il sistema non funziono, gli scrivo allegando gli screenshot visto che anche l’assistenza sul sito era bloccata, non mi risponderanno mai e si sono rubati i miei soldi. Oltretutto non ci sono pec per poter notificare azioni legali.

I was ripped off. My hotel was overbooked. I had no room so I had to find another hotel at my expense. A representative try to contact the next day but no real resolution. I booked 2 rooms. This mistake of using this company cost me $650.00 . I don't recommend anyone to use this company unless you want to throw money away

They simply ignore their customers.
I have tried sending messages, calling, etc... I can't get a hold of anyone.
After hidden fees, it would have been cheaper to book directly with the hotel. And I even paid for insurance on this trip.

"Tim in customer service was terrific"

I had a number of issues with the support staff on phone; I could not understand their English and they totally misrepresented the company policies. I insisted that it be escalated and I received an email from Tim. He was FANTASTIC. Helpful, prompt, clear in his messages.

Terrible company, absolutely avoid unless the cost comparison is at least multiple times cheaper than any other options. Any potential issues will be fully incurred by you regardless of circumstance or fault. Ate a one night double charge due to a booking error that was corrected in minutes but company refused to not charge for a service or product that never existed.

Avoid booking with this company!! Customer service is non existent. I booked a 2 night hotel stay and prepaid with Traveluro. When I arrived at the hotel, they saw my reservation but did not see proof of payment. I called Traveluro customer service and although they answer the phone quickly, they are of no help. The agent reads from a script and I was told during 3 separate phone calls that they were “experiencing a high call volume” and that an agent would call me back in “15-30mins”…which never happened.
Avoid headaches and book with another company.

What a bad experience I had with the reservation, at the time of reservation, I called traveluro to make sure about the hotel's resort fee, the operator told me it was $70.44 when I arrived at the hotel to check it in, the hotel told me it was $120, I showed them that the reservation said $70.44 and they told me it was not like that, I called traveluro customer service for 30 minutes and they hung up on me, nobody knew anything, on the traveluro page they offer one thing and then it is another, really nobody answered me with the problem, this page just to sell you something and then in reality it is another.
