What a brilliant price on an easy to use interface ... couldn't be happier ...

Algotels is a HORRIBLE company. They have not honored my (multiple) requests (via phone and email) to cancel a reservation. Even when they answer, they reply via email that it is being addressed and will be honored within 48 hours (it has not been). Their web-based cancel option doesn't work.

My experience with Traveluro has been a very positive one. After making my reservation through I contacted the hotel and they did have a reservation booked for me. Aldo I had to modify my reservation and was able to speak to a live agent and have my emails responded to and received a booking confirmation from them with the modifications as well as soon as I finished talking to the agent.
