Although your price was a bit lower than the other sites I find it obscene to pay $250 for one night in Brooklyn. I have gotten better prices for Times Square.

I sent an email to their custom service, where within minutes I got my reservation canceled and fully refunded. The representative Frank is going beyond to demonstrate exceptional courtesy and understanding and I shall will return to their site in the future.
