"I was pleasantly surprised"

I was pleasantly surprised to see these rates. I have never used Traveluro but was encouraged to see the TA link. I tried it and will tell you how it worked out. The rate shown on Google was for a "Deluxe King Room" at $173.00. I chose to upgrade to a room showing as a 2 Bed Deluxe Double Room. I prepaid and the voucher arrived and now it shows a room that says it could be one bed? I will review after our stay. Well it did work, I got a room at half the price I would have paid at Booking.com (Genius Level3). The room I did reserve was offered for $8USD more on Traveluro than the room rate I saw on Google Maps, it was for a 2 bed room. When we arrived we were placed in a King Suite, 1 bed, not 2. The hotel made the change unilaterally. FWIW, when a hotel offers special rates to a third party, as appears to be the case here, the hotel should honour the rates and the rooms, they have offered. Treating discounted rooms as if they have no rights is again, very low brow. The hotel changed the room after the booking was made, very low brow. But as far as Traveluro, I am impressed. At the hotel I did not bring or offer the credit card to which the pre-paid charges were made, if the hotel tries to charge the card again I will simply reverse the charges. I will let you know if there is anything change in how the rates were charged or applied.
My advice, Traveluro works well, stick to the room category offered or the hotel might screw you over if you change it.

"Improper Reservation"

I made a reservation on this date on the TRAVELURO website. The reservation was non-refundable, but there was no information about the impossibility of changing dates. I tried to change the check-in date on the website and tried calling the telephone center. I was unable to make the change. As my trip is for the next day, I had to make a new reservation on another platform and lost the amount paid for the first reservation.

"The reservation date is wrong"

The reservation date is wrong. For example, the hotel said that there are no weak two-room rooms, but three-bedroom rooms are available, so there was a loss, but it was not accepted. Do I have to blame the system and pay a unused fee? This is a wrong policy. If I had done a no-show, I might have had no choice, but I was aware of it in advance and I could have discussed with the hotel to revise it enough. I respectfully request cancellation of the reservation.

"Their customer service is awful"

Their customer service is awful. When i face with trouble during checking-in . It took over 2hours and the only thing i could do is waiting in lobby. Since the hotel do not have my booking number they didn’t let me take the room.

"I was looking to help a relative book a hotel room"

I was looking for hotel accommodations for a family member and came across your site. I noticed that your price was lower than all the other booking sites so with the permission of said family member, together we went ahead and booked a hotel using your site. Not only were you the cheapest but your site made the booking effortless. And despite the reviews I read afterwards, I would not only use your site again, but I would recommend you.

"Small mistake, can't use booking"

I had been entering exact date of needed stay on multiple search listings when i came across Traveluro's listing at the right place and price. I believe they defaulted a different wrong date. I immediately realized when i received confirmation and request change to the right date, Traveluro refused, no refund no changes. I now can't use the booking. Beware of offers like this. I won't use Traveluro again.

"We were on a roadtrip to Colorado and…"

We were on a roadtrip to Colorado and needed a last minute booking for 2 rooms at a great price and they delivered. After I booked, I realized I didn’t select the correct date. Even though it was a non refundable booking, I called and Ed was willing to contact the hotel and adjust the booking.
