"Totally sketchy process"

I made a reservation, only to have it canceled an hour later with no explanation. Then when I tried to rebook, the rates had increased. I tried to book again only to find out that room was no longer available. When I once again tried to book , the room was once again available but at a different rate! I then tried to exit as the process was sketchy and totally unprofessional. I never received a purchase confirmation before leaving, but found a NON-REFUNDABLE confirmation in me email. Totally wrong and I will be reporting this if I don't get refunded.
