"Terrible communication and waited…"

Terrible communication and waited forever to talk to someone. Then wouldn’t Allow me to cancel reservation that I made the same morning and they haven’t even confirmed with the hotel. Hotel had no reservations from them. Don’t use this service Also it ask if you want the cover insurance this is also a scam I purchased this as well to insure I could cancel or change my hotel reservation and they told me that I could not do either. I have yet to hear back from the insurance. The hotel that I booked through are very nice and told me I could change dates and or room to satisfy and allow us all to sleep comfortably however the traveluro company will not allow me to change my reservation even after the hotel said it would be fine.

I selected my dates and as soon as the page opened to book the site changed my dates to weeks later. Now my non-refundable reservation is incorrectly booked. I called immediately and we will see if they do the right thing.

better price than even booking direct with the hotel! no bait and switch where price was advertised based on specific dates I input in google maps but then you go to book and it's higher, it was actually the price it said it would be!

I was definitely very skeptical when I kept calling customer service and never spoke to anyone, as well as being hung up on so I called the hotel directly and they said that yes indeed I did have my room. So overall wonderful price on room, but completely horrible customer service with Traveluro

update. I did get a confirmation, but it went to my spam. Should have checked there. For anybody out there making a reservation, be sure to check your spam. Love this site. Very easy to maneuver.
