This is the worst hotel website I have ever used. I made a mistake with my booking and was not able to get a hold of anyone to change it or cancel it. I was not able to use my reservation and was charged anyways. They have horrible customer service and do not answer phones or emails. I would not use this site!

Meine Frau und ich konnten aufgrund des Kriegsausbruchs in Israel erst verspätet aus zurückkehren, und haben daher unsere Hotelübernachtung nicht mehr benötigt, welche wir über Traveluro gebucht hatten. Das Hotel hatten wir benachrichtigt und es bestätigte uns, dass man uns nichts in Rechnung stellen werde. Trotzdem hat Traveluro natürlich abgebucht. Eine Rückerstattung bzw. eine Kontaktaufnahme waren natürlich vergeblich. Ich werde auf keinen Fall wieder bei Traveluro buchen und warne ausdrücklich davor!

"My reservation kept erroring as the…"

My reservation kept erroring as the room not being available, and then the suggestion would be a standard room when I want a premium, so I would back out to choose a room - BUT the premium room would still be listed only for a higher cost. This happened 3 times and each time it increased by $7 a night.

"Grateful for the reasonable prices"

So very grateful for the reasonable prices and the option to do a payment plan. Not everyone is a millionaire and can pay 800 dollars per night flat-out! I have other bills to pay which are the mortgage, utilities, car maintenance, etc. I'm way past due for a vacation and even my supervisor mentioned it! Overall, THANK YOU TRAVELURO.COM for working with the not so wealthy people!

"Terrible "

As I completed my booking I realized the dates on my trip were incorrect. I immediately called them and they said there was nothing I could do to refund or change the trip. It’s 3 weeks out. They could have at least allowed me to pay the $10 to get it removed.

This has been the WORST experience I’ve ever had with one of these agencies. They scammed us into thinking we were booing a 2bd room and when we got the the hotel we were informed the room was a 1bd. They refused to help us or fix the situation. Never once in any of the emails was I alerted that we were booking a 1bd room! They are an aweful company and will scam you out of your money!

I booked a room for the same day of booking and I noticed that April 3 was really April 8. Now we all know that on a computer that an 8 can look like a3. I ended up booking the wrong date in which I needed the hotel today. Travelro declined my date change although I called within minute of booking. I can see if I had booked in advance and was trying to change the date. Not hte case. I called within minutes of the error. if I booked in the same day for a same day need, why would not they honor the modification. This was poor customer service and I have no where to go at this point. I am homeless. This is HORRRIBLE. I did not want any money back, just a room for TODAY!! I just want to have a good first time experience using Traveluro but instead it was a nightmare. I am a 1st Responder who saves people lives but instead I was killed.

I never leave reviews, mainly just read them. I felt that I should leave a review here solely because I was so scared with so many mixed reviews and them being marked as scam. They are LEGIT!!! I just booked a stay in Las Vegas through Traveluro for 3 nights at the end of April. I booked the refundable rate as it was $2 more. I was extremely scared that this company may be a scam after reading many scary reviews as well as never hearing of this company before. I just called the hotel to confirm my reservation and they just confirmed my reservation is confirmed and paid for. I just need to pay the resort fee which was stated when booking the reservation to begin with. The hotel provided me with a confirmation number for my room and I’m all set. I saved a little over $100 booking through Traveluro! This company i can confirm is legit and not a scam as others have mentioned. I recommend paying the small fee for free cancellation if it gives you piece of mind, and then following up with the hotel to confirm your reservation, as well as asking them if they received the payment. Your hotel should be able to provide you with the hotel confirmation number which is different from your Traveluro confirmation number (hotel confirmation is the only one that matters, and what the hotel refers to for your booking). For reference I booked my stay at 4pm PST on Tuesday and just called the hotel now Wednesday at 10:30am PST to confirm and everything was confirmed for my stay. Don’t worry about booking through this company they are 100% real and legitimate. Someone stated maybe they had a hard start at first with getting their company off the ground, that’s why they had so many issues and bad reviews. All i can say everything went smoothly for me and I have no complaints whatsoever.
