Do not book with this third party , as they do not abide by the consumer’s booking through their agency. My family and I waited for 7 hours
for them to send a confirmation email to HOTEL RIU who would not provide us a secondary room (we had another room) in the interim even when they were given a booking number and provided an email from Traveluro. Traveluro agent hung up on me during 4 phone calls that were made to resolve the matter. After Several false promissory emails and Hotel RIU UNWILLING TO PROVIDE A ROOM BASED ON GOOD FAITH AS WELL AS THE FACT HAD A ROOM BOOKED CURRENTLY. Never will book with Traveluro or Hotel Riu again.

Was on hold for representative for 44 min then it just hung up called back was on hold again for 39 minutes and again it just hung up called back for a third time was on hold for 25 minutes and then it just hung up lousy customer service 1-800 number useless

"When I tried to cancel my reservation they said it was out of their hands"
They kept telling me that they are not responsible for canceling my reservation and since I bought insurance on the same sight that I did my reservation that it's their responsibility and when I tried to notify the insurance company I got no one the only line of communication is email. And since the told me that there was no supervisor made me very uncomfortable and I immediately notified my bank.
