"I wanted to cancel 1min after I booked…"
I wanted to cancel 1min after I booked but it was not possible. I haven't had the chance to review my booking properly.
My booking is non refundable but if I made a mistake because the website tricked me in booking for a different date than I wished for I should get the chance of AT LEAST changing the date to the right one if I get in contact with you immediately. Unfortunately costumer service was not available so I now end up with $113 blown in the wind. Thanks.

"Problems all the way through"
First i couldn't change arrival date. Tried another browser. Had to sign in for "special rate" but don't think I got it. After filling out visa info, I couldn't pay. It wanted to know what tip I was leaving. (I wanted zero). It would not work until I selected a tip. Do not think Traveluro was any cheaper than anybody else. And am not using again. Bad experience.

While I was making this reservation, I was distracted in conversation. I submitted the wrong date. Then receiving the confirmation Email I realized my mistake on a non refundable. After a pleasant conversation with Ronamarie Rome, the dates were able to be changed. I am so thankful, because this company was under no obligation to change this for me. Will use them any time I travel! Brad

Made a mistake on the booking, called and emailed immediately trying to fix it for an out of state stay. Said I’d pay any fees and booking difference and was told repeatedly they just couldn’t help me. So I’m out $140 on a hotel I won’t be in the state to use.
Update: I was contacted yesterday 4/09/2024 by someone who was going to look into fixing the booking date for me and it was done by the end of day. I really really appreciate this and so I am adjusting my rating.
Second and final update: Just got to my hotel and was told this company made the reservation for June 13th instead of April 13th and because they are a third party there is nothing the hotel can do about it. I had to book an entirely new room and since I couldn’t get anyone from this company on the phone number
they gave me, I’m hoping they see my email to refund and cancel the reservation they accidentally made for June. Really stressful experience as a whole.
