Traveluro offered a deal and within 5 minutes while I entered my info and checked out it claimed it wasn't available.

I restarted the process and the room was till there albeit for $100 more. Disgusting!

I made a hotel reservation for my weekend trip to Pittsburgh. Due to some reason the reservation had to be cancelled. I reached Jane from the customer service team who diligently worked with the right people to process my refund within a week. Overall this was a very good experience and I will definitely come back to this site for future travel needs.

Horrible experience! DO NOT USE Traveluro! I mistakenly booked the wrong day so I contacted Traveluro and the hotel to change the reservation date. The hotel agreed and Traveluro said they would work on it. Both myself and the hotel contacted Travelur multiple times to confirm the switch with no response. They ghosted me because my payment was not refundable. Terrible dishonest company. Not willing to work with its customers.
