"Mostly a good experience in booking this stay"
My experience booking this hotel stay was mostly good. The only thing that was disappointing was that price dropped from $133 per night to $116 per night right after I confirmed the non-refundable booking. Other than that, I don't have any complaints. If anything can be done to still get the lower price for the same stay, please let me know. Thank you!

Look, all your prices are way toooo expensive. Period. Also, I bought your Trip protection in case I couldnt make the trip. Well I can't do the trip because we are too old and I had a total knee replacement and my wife just had a full spinal fusion. The Xcover insurance company is not going to give me a refund. I can not release personal, private medical records that contain soc sec numbers etc. No, your Xcover is a scam in my opinion. you can email me.

"Nos devuelve el dinero."
Estoy en la recepción del hotel y me dicen que la reserva que tengo pagada no aparece. No hay respuesta de Tripadvaisor me reenvía a Traveluro. Pero no tengo solución. Necesito solución o la devolución de mi dinero.
Actualizo la información. Nos han devuelto el dinero de la reserva, pero no hemos tenido solución hasta el día siguiente, por lo que no pudimos alojarnos en el hotel y tuvimos que regresar a casa, perdimos además la reserva de parking y los forfaits, por no darnos respuesta en un plazo razonable. Estuvimos gestionando la incidencia con el hotel por más de 2 horas, y no hubo solución. Nos llamaron desde Tripaavaisor por teléfono ofreciéndonos el teléfono de la central de Traveluro en Estados Unidos, solución que no era admisible.

"Extremely awful service"
CONSIDER OTHER OPTIONS - awful service...I selected dates but after I booked realised the site had changed to a week later automatically even though I had put in the correct search dates. These arses, after multiple messages, will not refund even though I have left the country and impossible to use the room. I Ended up having to pay for another room and have been told this is not refundable, although this was not stated when I booked. Very Dodgy set up.

Used Traveluro.com to book a hotel since they had attractive pricing. I selected the room I wanted or so I thought I had. Once the order was complete I didn't think much of it. I got to the hotel, got my room then realized this isn't the one I thought I had booked. Called their horrible customer service, sounded like work from home employees and the background was very noisy.
For brevity, no one would do anything about and it was non-refundable. I selected a better room but when I looked at the "voucher" they sent, it said standard room. So they charged extra for the "upgrade", gave me a standard room and pocketed the difference. Lovely company!!!
