Ich habe Anfang des Jahres eine Junior Suite im Nhow Hotel Berlin über Traveluro gebucht. Ein richtiges Schnäppchen. Einzige Bedingung bei der Buchung war das das Datum nicht änderbar/storniert werden kann, daher wurde der Betrag auch direkt am nächsten Tag von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht
Aufgeschreckt durch schlechte Bewertungen erkundigte ich mich im Hotel. Das teilte mir mit, dass meine Buchung dort vorliegt. Und so gab es dann auch im Rahmen der Übernachtung keinerlei Probleme.
Würde wieder über traveluro buchen

"Failed to book and no help"
They overbooked rooms and didn't confirm with hotel. Then they couldn't find a replacement room. Waited over an hour, at nearly midnight and was finally forced to get my own room, which only room available was a king (I had booked a double queen due to having two children) at a much more expensive rate and no offer of any compensation. Not even a simple sorry. Don't use this company if you actually need and expect to be booking a room.

Buenas, el día 10/12/2023 realice una reserva con Trip Id: 7301396. A las pocas horas recibo un email de contactus@traveluro diciendome lo siguiente:
We regret to inform you that due to a technical issue we are unable to confirm your reservation. A full refund has been processed back to the Credit Card that was used upon booking.
Please accept our sincere apologies due to the inconvenience of the situation. Along with this we would like to offer you 10% discount on your next booking with us. Please note that your Traveluro discount is valid for a year.
Kindly reply to this email with the Trip ID of the new reservation booked and we will be glad to refund 10% from the total price that you have paid.
En castellano: Que por un problema técnico no podían confirmar mi reserva y que procedían a devolverme el dinero. Como compensación en mi proxima reserva me harían un 10% de descuento con solo indicar el Id del trip.
Pues resulta que el día 20/02/2024 les informo de que mi nueva reserva tiene por Trip Id 7846508.
He intentado volver a hablar con ustedes el día 28/02/2024 y 03/04/2024, pero todavía no he recibido NINGUNA respuesta ni compensación.
Por favor, hagan el favor de cumplir con sus compromisos.

Recientemente, se han puesto en contacto conmigo y han realizado el reembolso esperado.
Es una pena que fuera necesario, tener que llegar a estos extremos para presionarlos a hacer lo que deben.
Siguiente capítulo: Resulta que después de la estancia tuvimos que abonar los impuestos de la tarifa, aunque segun las condiciones abonadas del Trip Id 7846508 ya estaban incluidas.
Solicito su reintegro con la mayor brevedad.

Beca was great, I hadn’t gotten my hotel confirmation yet and was worried as I was a week away but I had used traveleuro before. Luckily I reached out and beca responded with my confirmation number within a few hours after getting it all set up for me.

I was told by your customer service that there there would be no additional fees at the hotel upon arrival. I specified to The reservations department that I did not want to pay any additional fees once arriving to the hotel and plrsse guarantee it. The reservations put me on hold and said she talked to the hotel directly amd they told her that were no additional fees. Since I was told there in no additional fees.I want to head and booked through your company. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was told not only was there additional daily fees.There was also deposit which was charged to my credit card In the amount of $79.00. I called to speak to your customer service.Who informed me that there were no refunds because it was a non-refundable purchase. However, I was lied to and was not told the truth.Therefore that was not my fault and my money should have been refunded. I was told that it had to go through a refund process which could take days before I received my money back. Since your company lied to me and then would not give me back my money I was forced to stay at thr hotel and pay the additional fees. I find the fact that your company cannot refund my money as quick as they took it out ridiculous considering it was their mess up. Very unprofessional.
