"The System Glitched"

The System Glitched. The dates I had chosen were reset and I was charged for a non refundable room for dates that were no where near what was selected. Unfortunately the cancellation policy doesn't tell you until after you book that non refundable rooms are also non modifiable as well. So now im stranded with no where to stay and no funds to get another room.

Realicé una reservación por medio de sus agentes y me la hicieron mal, apelé al hecho de que según ustedes graban las conversaciones y debido a ello se responsabilizarían y no fué así, después de aprox. 20 llamadas, de hablar con los agentes: Erick, Antony, David, César, Charly, Samuel por mencionar algunos además, de que en 2 ocasiones se comprometieron a devolverme la llamada y nunca lo hicieron y 12 horas tratando de resolverlo y esperando..... NUNCA ME AYUDARON!!!!! Por lo que a mí respecta jamás les compraré nuevamente y nunca jamás los recomendaré; sino todo lo contrario.

they never confirm the reservation, the offer cheaper price on google but at the end you get nothing and they get all your payment info.
Only way to call them is a foreign number which will cost you a lot and waste of time. They tell you always: we will fix it in few hours...then you call and same music... really SCAM

I found a lower rate elsewhere and tried three times to contact them for the best price guarantee they offer. I was disconnected each time without any answer. They did have the second lowest rate, but No Customer Service!
