"FRAUDE - ESTAFA"

Tenía una oferta en un hotel. Ayer llegué al hotel y la reserva no existía. Logré contactarles por teléfono y comentaron que lo arreglarían, aunque no fue así.
Un auténtico fraude. No caigan en la trampa de los chollos de oferta. Unos piratas que deberían cerrar su página.

I booked 2 nights for May 2024 with full refund untill mid April if cancelled, following day discovered too far from my family so need to cancel.
No facility in their communication to cancel even though they confirmed Free cancellation.
Got E mail address from my bank, and sent cancellation notice , their response accepted cancellation , but included I quote ' we have processed a full refund of as a gesture of goodwill.'
How can providing what they say in their terms and condition as an entitlement be said to be a ' gesture of goodwill.' Or is this another piece of small print they do not give their customers.
In my view do not use this firm it seems dodgy.
