"Don't book with TRAVELURO FRAUDS"

I booked my room thru TRAVELURO and put in the dates July 27-28 and when I paid and confirmed, I received the email and the date was moved to the next day. So I called to get it corrected and I could get no help. I then called the hotel directly and they didn't have the 27th July available, so your company took it upon yourselves to book me the next day and are now refusing to modify my dates. Sounds like a fraudulent situation to me.

I paid for vip service and left a tip. When I called I consistently got cut off. Tried multiple times and two different numbers. I was unable to confirm the type of room I booked. Description on booking site was ambiguous and my receipt/voucher didn’t reflect the room I thought I had booked but there was no way to talk to anyone about it with the phone disconnect issue. I was happy with the price I paid for the reservation. Will see what happens when I arrive at the hotel!

"Unable to amend reservation - won't use Traveluro again"

I am trying to amend the number of nights for an upcoming hotel reservation. I have called the Traveluro customer service number SIX times and have been disconnected each time. I have also twice requested help via email and have heard nothing back. In addition, I have contacted the hotel directly and was told they could not amend the reservation, that I must go through Traveluro. I paid in full ($1367.00) in October and I don't think I'll see any refund for the night I will no longer be at the hotel.

I agree with James, this company is a scam and I urge my fellow travers to AVOID using their "services"! Please, please take note of the sad, awful experiences of others!
