The online resources I found were not as helpful in making reservation modifications. I kept being sent to a web page that displayed an error message. You need to call and speak to a representative rather than resolve online.

"Hotel under renovation"

Hotel in renovation. No breakfast as noted, gym closed, rooms unfinished, construction 8am-6pm. The first room dirty so switched to another room and toilet seat peeling, outlet with no faceplate, panels by bed leaning against wall. Will not do a Holiday Inn again.👎
