I booked a room through the Traveluro site and was sent a confirmation email. The following day I received a email from Traveluro saying my reservation could not be confirmed. It went to read that I would be refunded for the (already paid) payment. It's now been two weeks with nothing returned to my card

I booked a room, prepaid and when I got to the hotel there was no record of a reservation. I called over 60 times and was hung up on as soon as I selected an option from their menu. I called for SEVEN HOURS. I was finally told that their partner didn’t make the reservation and that they would call me back. After many tears of frustration and 7 hours of begging to get what I paid for, I was given a reservation. Will never go through them again. I’m shocked that Google still advertises them in their travel search

Great price for a decent hotel on Hilton Head Island SC. Especially, with it being, pretty much, summer time. I could only go visit my family with a price like this!! Thank you. Thank you

"I attempted to book a different hotel…"

I attempted to book a different hotel which I attempted to check out it had the pricing locked in. Yet it wouldn’t allow me to book I tried multiple times then an hour later the price changed to 100 more a night. Luckily this hotel booking did not do that.

"Horrible Non-Amendable Booking Policy"

CAUTION! Traveluro’s non-amendable booking policy is a predatory tactic that harms consumers. Traveluro would not allow me to cancel a hotel reservation, despite willing to forgo a re-fund. HORRIBLE! What sort of company refuses to cancel a service that you have already paid for & request no refund for. I’ll never book with Traveluro again - and you shouldn’t either.

I cannot reach customer service. My reservation was canceled due to pests in the room. I keep getting hung up on. Its frustrating and will not use this service again
