EMPRESA ESTAFADORA, pagué y llegando al hotal no existía mi reservación ni siquiera conocían la compañía de TRAVELURO. Perdí mi dinero. Y no hay forma de comunicarme con ellos. Tengan cuidado con estas empresas estafadoras.

Booked incorrect dates. Searched a specific date range and went through all the steps. Only to note the date range changed on the last page. Now out $200+ because it’s non-refundable despite noticing the websites error immediately.

I was trying to book 1 night for a funeral, and unfortunately they had the dates for the following Tuesday to Wednesday, and I booked by accident, and called them right away and they said they couldn’t help me. The worst time for this to happen with a death in my family. Now it will cost me double…I can hardly think at the moment as I’m so upset! AWFUL AWFUL COMPANY!! STAY AWAY!!

Booked a room to take my daughter swimming. When we got to the holiday inn the pool was being remodeled. Holiday Inn said they would refund my money. I booked through this site so they sent a credit to Traveleluro to refund my card. Traveleluro has refused to credit me back even with them having the hotels money. So now they have my money and the hotels money from the credit. Do not use these people. Pay the extra money and always book directly through your hotel.
