I would leave no stars if possible
Don’t want to carry out work - I had to manually unblock my toilet from the drain outside weekly as they never accepted the quote for the work just expected me to keep taking time off work to have someone out to unblock it. I landscaped the garden with permission I’m not being charged to put it back
They left the house empty for over a month before inspecting it
They don’t carry out works yet still charge people for it - I know 5 people who have moved onto the estate and have had very little to no work carried out from previous tenants one of them had bits or pasta and crumbs in kitchen cupboards
They are also over priced for very poor quality houses they advertise the houses using show room pictures not actual pictures
There is no care for tenants I was there 4 years never missed a payment never paid late my rent increased by £340 in one go then tried to put it up by another £50 the following year while still advertising my house for new tenants at the current price I was paying -this was my final straw

Very quick in riding the rent, incredibly slow when they need to offer you services instead of that rent, services like repairs... Many times they are sending to your house poor or unqualified workers to do the repairs, resulting in months or years to resolve an issue .......

Livdifrent (and maybe Electrolux?) have made life really difficult for my family and I in over a month now. Our washing machine became faulty and was reported on the 2nd of April. As at today 7th of May, Livdifrent (and Electrolux?) have just been playing us back and forth. We are a family of 5(including Grandma who’s with us at the moment and a 10 months old), which means laundry is a very important part of our living. How we’ve been putting things together to wear to school and work is nothing to these people. I have literally cried seeing how messed up every where is because it’s not easy taking our clothes to the city center to use the public laundry when we don’t even drive. And of course, they won’t be compensating the first 30 days of inconvenience. This is a very horrible experience for my family and I and we hate everything about how Livdifrent (and Electrolux?) have handled this issue

"We won't look back..."
Live DifRent was our first experience of a Build to Rent property, and we won't look back. Our property manager was incredible, and maintenance was highly responsive. We loved our home at Heyfields and wouldn't hesitate to use Live DifRent again.

They will try to take as much as they physically can from your deposit in a completely unreasonable and in some cases absolutely fabricated fashion. I left a clean empty home and have now read so many reviews on Google saying they did the same to so many others.

Sean came to inspect our house today after living here for a year and a half. He was really polite, respectful and just an all round nice person. We were quite anxious about the inspection but he put us at ease and helped us resolve problems around the house.

"****PLEASE READ***** REAL NIGHTMARE"
My ****NIGHTMARE**** started when moved into one of their properties in WALSALL 4 weeks ago. Although I was advised that the house would be professionally cleaned before moving in, the house was dirty and the carpets ***FULL OF DOG HAIR*** from the previous tenant. Entering the house an intense ***DOG WEE SMELL*** will welcome you. I have a child in the property with severe asthma and pet allergies. I requested for the carpets to be changed. After confirming in writing that they would change the carpets, they refused to do so and suggested I change them at my own expense.
Also, the ****DISHWASHER DOES NOT WORK**** and there is ***DOG POO*** all over the garden and the turf is dead. They still have not fixed any of the issues.
Moving out of the property is unfordable for me now and would be too stressful for my child. They are being ****HEARTLESSLY UNEMPATHETIC****
