Parked the van and was on the bus within 15 minutes heading for the airport 5 minutes away. Very easy. Return was quick.Got on the bus at the coach gates and back at my van 20 minutes. Very easy and good priced.we had to pay extra 30 pounds at arrival at the car park because of being in a small van instead of a car namely a Vw t4.
Large cars, 4x4 and small vans are slightly more expensive so check when booking online.we paid the extra on arrival at the portacabins next to the entrance gate to Very friendly staff.
Will definitely be parking here again

Overall ease and simplicity of the process was great and the closeness to the airport is very convenient. The only thing that could be improved was that we had to wait for about half an hour to be picked-up from the airport on our return trip.

Crashed my car while in their care but said they would repair before they returned it. Repairs were totally unsatisfactory and have left car with £3,000 of damage. Airport parking now avoiding any responsibility and giving fake emails / phone numbers.

My family and I travelled through Luton Airport in April 2025, and were subjected to a series of serious failures involving their contracted services and customer data handling.
First, while waiting for an airport shuttle bus from the Premier Self-Service Car Park, a driver employed by A to B Travel (contracted by Luton) launched into an unprovoked verbal attack, threatening to kill me, rape my wife, and kill my children — all in front of fellow passengers and my two young children. This incident is now under investigation by Bedfordshire Police as a “threat to kill”.
Secondly, upon our return, we found another vehicle had parked into ours and caused damage. Airport staff confirmed who it belonged to. Shockingly, on the day that driver returned, Luton staff gave him my wife’s private mobile number, allowing him to call her directly. This is a serious breach of GDPR and has been formally reported to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
The emotional impact on our family — especially our children — has been severe. We’ve received no meaningful follow-up or accountability from Luton Airport or its partners.
This airport urgently needs to review its vetting processes, data protection procedures, and duty of care standards. We will not be returning.
