"Took the Risk, Got Rewarded"

I recently ordered the Pioneer XDJ-AZ from Bajaao, and despite some initial skepticism (mainly because of the good price and mixed online reviews), my experience turned out to be smooth and professional.

Price: Bajaao had the best price online.

Delivery: The delivery was handled via BlueDart and arrived with just a 1-day delay, which I’d say is totally acceptable for a large, expensive product. They also shipped quickly after payment.

Packaging: No complaints. The packaging was solid, well-cushioned, and the product arrived in perfect condition.

Support/Communication: While I didn’t need customer service after ordering, everything from order confirmation to tracking was clear and timely.

All in all, I’d say Bajaao delivered well on my order, and I’d order from them again. If you're on the fence about a high-value item, I'd recommend giving them a shot, just make sure to confirm availability and keep an eye on your tracking.

"Worst service"

Worst service. Cart is not updated. I paid 49rs extra for shipping but they cancel the order for unavailability and shipping charges were not refunded back

"I purchased a SP404 MK2"

I purchased a SP404 MK2, while I was using my friend’s SP404 for a show in a few days. I called up Bajaao and asked them to expedite the delivery. They did their best, now the product is being delivered sooner. Great service! ✨

"Avoid Bajaao at All Costs – Scam-Level Service & Zero Accountability"

I made the mistake of purchasing an Ableton Push 2 (₹67,000) from Bajaao in August 2022, and I regret it to this day. Their pre-sales team (Tejas) was incredibly aggressive in following up and convincing me to buy the product, promising cashback and an interest reversal on EMI charges. But the moment the product was delivered, they disappeared.

For over three years, I have been chasing them for my promised cashback:
❌ Ignored emails & support tickets – No response after multiple follow-ups.
❌ Calls avoided – They simply refuse to answer or give straight answers.
❌ False promises – Representatives like Navnath have repeatedly assured me of a callback but never followed through.
❌ Misleading claims – They responded to my Google review claiming the cashback was credited, yet I have never been able to see or use it.

This company is a nightmare to deal with once they have your money. If something goes wrong, expect ZERO support. I spent three years trying to get them to honor their commitment, and they have done nothing but waste my time.

🚨 Save yourself the frustration—buy from Amazon or a trusted retailer instead. Bajaao is unreliable, dishonest, and operates with outright negligence. I will never buy from them again, and I will make sure others don’t fall into the same trap.

"Poorest service"

These jer.. don't even care to respond. While they have whatsApp integrations done for customer ease. They just don't care to be of service to customers for their queries . Very poor ethos and probably the owner should take some training on customer service

"Smooth process returning a damaged guitar"

I accidently ordered an 'unboxed' guitar for my kid following a link a friend had sent me, which is a 'returned' item, so therefore it wasnt' new and had exterior damage on the varnish.

We decided to go ahead and keep it anyway as it seemed the damage was just on the outside. However after tuning the guitar, within 24hrs the bridge snapped right off from the string tension with a tremendous clatter. Just happy my kid wasn't near it when it chose to break or it may have hurt her.

I emailed Bajaao with photographs and asked to initiate a return. They had the guitar picked up and kept me in the loop via email. Once they received the guitar back they asked if I'd want an exchange or refund, so I chose refund and the money was returned to my bank within around 10 days in total.

I had read such terrible reviews about Bajaao on so many platforms I had a lot of doubt that I'd get my money back, but they honoured their terms and conditions and I got the full refund.

Hence giving 5 stars for service. I really don't recommend getting an unboxed guitar, too many things can go wrong, but Bajaao are probably fine for boxed/new items. We went to a shop and paid more for a new guitar, but the shop provides a 1 year warranty and free services for the first year.

been a long time bajaao customer..just dont trust their used buy/sell gear section..i enquired to buy a gear from sambhav jain( the seller),no reply came..i tried to talk with an executive,he assured to know n will call me back but didn't..n now suddenly gear goes sold out over night,which i dont blv to be a coincedence..i wanted an explanation from the company ..if i get ,fine if not the i have a file a case ..cause probably this is a scam going under through..luckily i didn't put my money in it.thanks God...moral- the buy/sell gear section is very much unreliable as per my experience

"Refund Delay - lethargic Customer serice"

Referring to the Order nbr - 455136 dated 12 August 2023 - Saturday. I had purchased from Bajjao MIDC outlet in Andheri East, Mumbai. The entire order had a keyboard and various other items including a keyboard bag. I had noted that the bag was pretty big for my keyboard hence had returned the bag on Sunday, 13 August. I was told by the store that i will receive the funds in a weeks' time as they can't return in cash. Post which I have been following up with the store and have shared my accounts details for the refund.

It has been over 2 months now and i have been told that a) The information has been passed on to the account manager or b) The team has initiated payment, and I shall receive it in a day or two. Unfortunately, we are where we are and till date, I have not received my funds which is approx Rs 750.

Not sure what is happening with the refund as the store has no answer to my query other than saying that the account team is looking into it!!!.
