The lack of services is:
Don't respond to my emails until I contact the MD.
Not responded to all my queries.
Keep emailing wrong Teams meeting links that each week does not work.
No block or 'week before a session' meeting invites on Teams as I don't know when the next college sessions are. At work vat 8am and only, by chance, check my emails to find out I've got an eCollege session on the day - I have to brush home. Happens frequently.
Service is the worst I've come across- I had 2 apprenticeship colleges in the past, and they were so much better.

I had an Online 1-2-1 session with Paul Montgomery on improving my Revit (BIM) skills to complete my Unit 6 assignment. Paul showed me that I needed to keep things simple and do things in 'Baby Steps'. I realised that I did not need to be an expert to pass the assignment. I need to make sure that I meet all the criteria to pass the Unit. Paul was very helpful as I am neurodivergent (dyslexic). I need to keep things simple so that I remember what to do if I use Revit again (for Unit 1) on the HNC (Distance Learning).

Hi Its hard to get hold of tutor and I need to clarify the questions in the assignments. Also the Questions in the assignment are not always clear willing to share screenshots. Willing to upload a screenshot to prove my point

Skills4Stem is one of the worst learning experiences I have ever dealt with. There has been less than adequate help provided for assignments and the teaching is an absolute waste of time (reading a document is not teaching, anyone can read a document) I won't even go into how many times my timetable has changed, whilst having no sessions;
The customer services team are rude and unhelpful;
I would go as far to say Skills4Stem are setting students up for failure;
I would not recommend this course to anyone based of my experience.
