I have been using OTML services for almost a year now and have never been happier, compared to all the other laundry services in Johannesburg. The free collection and delivery is a huge win, and they service the clothes well.
They are always willing and able to communicate and assist with any issues and are very helpful with queries. Their operations are top tier, so is their pricing. Over all I am very impressed and highly recommend.

I have used their laundry pick up service 3 times now as my wife can't keep up with the laundry for the whole family.They always arrive as stated and deliver the next morning.The clothes are always returned clean and nicely folded with no wrinkles,seperated between the kids and adults..

"Poor customer service and misleading information "

First of all the information on their website is misleading because on their website it says that dry cleaning services take 2-3 days, gave them my jacket on Saturday morning before 9, Sunday I got an invoice saying the money is due in 1 day paid the money thinking they are gonna deliver Monday and then they went silent, Monday, Tuesday and then Wednesday I decided to call them and ask them for an update and they said that they will call me Thursday morning and they did not, I gave them the whole day of Thursday to call me but they did not so I took it upon myself to send them messages and they replied to me saying that their dry cleaning services take 7 day, while they had told me they take 2-3 days even now I still don’t have an update on my jacket

Very poor customer service and unreliable would not recommend
