We were told that my sticks costing over £100 were guaranteed for life when I purchased them from Go Outdoors. Within the first six months of ownership I reported the problem to Leki using the form on the web site. I got no response and put it down to disruption caused by covid.

When I tried again recently I discovered that my sticks are not guaranteed for life and I would have to pay for the replacement part which was out of stock.

When the email came saying it was back in stock. The postage cost more than the part.

Very poor customer service and you need to tell your distributors to stop saying the sticks are guaranteed for life.
