Product arrived in packaging which was ripped open - clearly a return with no attempt at making it saleable. Product was not suitable for my poles - this was not made clear on the website. Unhelpful response to customer query. Wouldn't shop with them again. I have sourced what I need from a better supplier.

Ordered the Levi trekking ultralight poles as a Christmas present for my mother . They arrived well protected in a tough cardboard tube three days later. The product is in great condition and looks to be well made and durable. Time will tell on that, but to date I am very happy with the delivery service, quality of the product and the condition it arrived in.

Very well packed , arrived in time , and quality even better that I would imagine (Nordic pokes incredibly light) . Only shame : that is fir a gift , I was going to order the same modèle for me but no more in my size !!

"…Disappointing"

The actual service in terms of ordering and speed of delivery was excellent. However the description of the spare parts was poor; I was ordering a speedlock spare and from the information provided I found it difficult to choose between two items - inevitably I made the wrong choice and had to reorder leaving myself £7 out of pocket.
