I found the part I needed easily enough on the website and it arrived in the post in a couple of days but it wasn't clear to me how to go about fitting it. I called their customer service number the chap I spoke with [Jonathan] was friendly and extremely helpful. He took the trouble to try to find and instruction video to send me and although he drew a blank on that, he called me back and talked me through what I needed to do, which worked a treat.
