I can't reach them by phone, email or text. I have been trying for weeks. This is a scam. The phone number listed don the site is disconnected. This is a scam for sure.

Either these guys have wound up or this is a scam. Bought tickets back in April 2020. Emirates confirmed the booking was made, and the refund was made to these guys, however I get no response to any emails. When I rang the number on Flighsbank website it took me to a (very nervous sounding) telephone call centre of lowestflightfare.com. They denied any knowledge of flightsbank.. and oddly couldn't even tell me the number I'd rung. This smells like a scam.. and looks like I'm unlikely to get over £6k back! Crooks!

I am writing this on behalf of my mum, she had her and my stepdads flights cancelled due to Covid 19. She has tried numerous communications to obtain a refund as she did not receive the services she paid for.
They did tell her (when she was lucky to get an answer)that it will get sorted and just to hang in there but now they return letters and don’t answer emails and stopped all communication with her.
As with other people on this site you can tell a value of a company by its customer service, which this company has none. If you manage to get through they will just tell you what you want to hear to make you back down.
Then they ignore you. She has lost a lot of money to this company which took a lot time and work to obtain for a very anticipated holiday and this company refuses to refund it back.
I’m beginning to wonder if they are just scammers at work ???
If something seems too good to be true it probably is.

Still waiting on refund for tickets cancelled from April 3, 2020 that were cancelled due to Covid. We are owed nearly $2,000. I have emails with confirmation of the refund but still nothing in the bank. After several emails back, they have stopped replying. I would NEVER use this travel agency again. Very hard to communicate with even if you get someone on the phone, make false promises.

All airline due covid cancelled their flt and not refund the money I still have problem with avianca airline from April 2020 and my sister with Vivaair,they only give a boucher,I have excellent service and flt with flightbank in the past before covid,this is airline issue not from flightbank remember any aorline want to refund the money to the customers.

Booked a flight in February 2020 which was cancelled due to COVID. Very Poor customer service. No response to emails. Nobody seems to be able to contact this company. I am still waiting for my refund and this in Nov 2021!

Very disappointed in this company. Emailed me that they received my refund from Air Canada. Asked for my account and routing # for wire for refund. Haven't heard from them since!!!! Emailed 5x and tried to called 5-6 times. Says can't take call at this time.
This is fraud and my account is compromised. Not OK!!!

I did book flights with flightbanks few times. But when it come to refund and rebooking credit they are the worst, For a refund they keep saying they didn't get it from the airline which the airline clearly said they refunded to the travel agent for a month+. When it comes to reschedule a credit they charging you a rebooking fee while the airline is waving it plus they charge you more for the ticket then airline it's self,

"Terrible service"
Due to Covid, I cancelled a flight and was told I would get 100% travel credit for a purchase of over $900. I called to reschedule and Flightsbank told me to contact the airline. The airline said the travel agency did not cancel the flight with them, so I had no credit due to a no show. Flightsbank has told me they will call me back, which they don't. I have also left several voice messages and sent several emails. Flightsbank never responds.
