I would highly recommend this training. I've taken many different real estate investing training and some more $$$ with less content or worth the information provided over this 21 day course. I found the beginning was somewhat slow as I have some experience with the subject, but for those new to wholesaling probably would find it at good pace.

I thank you for teaching me about how to make deals and to make money in real estate however as a teacher just as children you must have some patience with your students. Even though we are all grown ups we still make mistakes so try not to come down so hard on people you never know what is going in their world we all are here to learn

This has been a life changing moment. The over all delivery of the lesson has been done at a pace where you were allowed to absorb the material with many examples and illustrations. The message was repeated until everyone had a basic understand and appreciation for the strategy being taught. Sherman is a master teacher and progressive thinker.

Realinvestors' 21-day course is the most comprehensive, thorough, and insightful real estate course I have ever taken. Sherman Ragland knows real estate. But more importantly, he understands the new investor's psyche, our doubts, fears, all the things that hold us back from getting in motion. During the 21 days he instills in us the mindset and habits required to become successful real estate investors, and then takes us step by step through the mechanics of how to do it. He provides examples, formulas, case studies, speakers, websites to access data, and shows us how to create LLCs and our own websites! We receive everything we need to go after the first deal. The only thing left is for the student to actually step across the line and do it. And we know that Sherman is pulling for you. He really wants us to get rich. And then to pay it forward.

I really learned a lot from the 21Days to Real Estate Riches. It gives you excellent foundation to get deals. Also once have two or three deals you can automate for business with a virutal assistant who can take your buiness to the next level. Additionally move your business to Phase II for FSBO deals. I'm looking forward to doing a L.O.S program.

I’ve attended sessions from some of wholesalings most notable gurus and YouTube University but none provided me the foundation from 21 Days to Real Estate Riches. The information Sherman provided helped me to gain a better footing into real estate investing with a much different way to wholesaling that doesn’t require cold calling. The only issue I had was the daily sessions took longer then the promised 11/2 hours. There was too many interrupts and side chatter, but the info gained was invaluable. Thank you Sherman.

All of the tools and resources I needed were provided in this course.

I truly enjoyed being a part of the new 21 Days to Real Estate Riches. So much so, that I looked forward to attending the class each and every night. Sherman has the gift of teaching where patience, humor and passion were also displayed within the course. The content within the course for beginners to understand definitely receives a 5 star rating. How best to learn than from one of the best in the industry and I'm glad to have been part. Sherman makes each topic interesting by using relevant stories and real common sense examples along the way.

Why 4 Stars?
I loved having an actual book to highlight and jot down notes on the actual page to reference info later as provided with the first 21 Days to Real Estate Riches. Sherman provided recorded zooms to allow us the opportunity to watch the replays which is great to go back to. This time, I spent more time trying to listen while literally copying the info from the slides. Therefore, I wasn't in a position to actively listen and highlight while learning. Sherman did provide the necessary documents that are needed to print out and get you started but the actual slides aren’t included.

The quality of the video tapings for the case studios shown at the end of each night weren't the best and at times, very hard to hear.

Although I enjoyed being a part of this new experience, I really wished it had stayed at the 90 minute window instead of running most nights from 7pm-10pm. It's because of this, that I made sure to pay extra attention each night to avoid having to invest additional time replaying the course to understand what was being taught. The course took longer and was needed because Sherman cared to make sure that all questions were answered and understood prior to moving forward. This was also to make sure that one was not left behind unless it was their personal choice to stay silent. That's also what makes him different from others.

The only other thing that I would recommend is to include a printed example for each type of way to invest in real estate included in the slide. However, Sherman covered this by verbally explaining how each investment type works. Example: he explains what a Lease Option means?

Overall, Sherman did very well with updating the 21 Days to Real Estate Riches. Great Job!
